EAST LYME AQUATIC & FITNESS CENTER

The East Lyme Aquatic & Fitness Center is a community pool and fitness center available to residents and non-residents.

Since 2000, ELAFC has played a major role in the East Lyme community. Our center is a place of gathering where members can come together to socialize and engage in healthy activities that promote a better lifestyle. ​

We offer a wide range of aquatic programs and have something for everyone regardless of age or ability level. If you are new to swimming, we offer group classes for youth and private classes for adults. If you are an experienced swimmer, we offer competitive swim teams for you to join. Our coaches are the most qualified in the area and are able to help you meet and exceed your goals. ​

Our fitness center sports a wide variety of free weights and machines that are kept in an air conditioned room for your convenience. In addition to that , we have stepping machines, treadmills, rowing machines, and more.

Pool / Facility Schedule Updates & Closures

2/11 Pool will open at 8:00 AM instead of 7:00 AM.

2/16 Open 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. No evening hours.

2/27 Open normal hours in the AM. NO PM hours due to the High School ECC swim meet.

Swim Lessons: Next Session Info

• The next session of swim lessons begins 2/23

• Registration opens 2/19

• Evaluations will take place 2/17 & 2/18

LIFEGUARD CERTIFICATION CLASS

Registration open now. Closes on 2/27. Attendance in all classes as well as completion of an online portion before the start of in person classes, are required to become certified.
