*Non-Resident Memberships Require an Annual Registration Fee of $125.

All membership registrations must be done in person at our Member Services Desk.

Starting April 1, 2024 the center will be cashless. Payments must be made in the form of credit card or check.

Financial assistance for East Lyme and Salem residents is available from the Pool Foundation.

Use of the East Lyme Aquatic and Fitness Center requires an active monthly membership or payment of the per-visit fee. Starting April 1, 2024 the center will be cashless. All payments must be made via credit card or check.

Membership

Members of East Lyme Aquatics MUST pay their membership fees by enrolling in “Auto-Pay” using a valid credit card. The credit card on file will be charged each month for your membership until you cancel. 

This is an auto renewal membership: by signing up for a membership, you are confirming your agreement to our auto-renewal policy. Your membership will automatically renew month to month on the day it was registered. Your credit card will be charged monthly until which time you notify us that you would like to terminate your membership.

In the instance your monthly draft is returned for non-payment, you will be notified via email and phone. If no payment is received by the end of that month, the membership will be terminated.

There is a $25 fee for any returned monthly draft charges.

Cancellation Of Membership

Monthly membership drafts continue until the member notifies East Lyme Aquatics that they wish to terminate the membership. Membership is not dependent upon usage. The member is responsible for making any changes to membership.

There is a 15-day written termination policy.  If you wish to terminate your membership, the member must complete the membership cancellation form under memberships online. You may also request a cancellation in person at the member services desk at East Lyme Aquatics, 30 Chesterfield Road. Members who opt to cancel in the middle of their billing cycle will still be responsible for payment for that month, ensuring they receive their membership benefits for the remainder of the billing cycle.  

Memberships terminations are not taken over the phone.

Memberships are not automatically terminated due to non-use.

Membership Pause

A member may put their membership on hold for up to (6) months per calendar year.

Members may not access the facility while membership is on hold.

To put a membership on hold, members must fill out a membership pause form at the Member Services Desk or complete the membership pause form under memberships online, allowing 30 days’ written notice before the next draft date.

Your credit card will automatically be charged after the last paused month
(i.e. membership paused through August, credit card will automatically be charged for the month of September).

No Partial months are available to place on hold.
