The vision of the East Lyme School Counseling Program is for all students to be prepared for post-secondary opportunities.  Every student will acquire the academic, career and personal/social skills to reach their fullest educational potential and successfully manage their lives as active learners, effective communicators, productive collaborators, and contributing citizens who respect themselves and others.  

Our Mission

The mission of the East Lyme School Counseling program is to ensure all students PreK-12+ are treated with respect, no matter their individual identity. Programming, interventions, and support for students will be driven by data, research, and collaboration that promotes individualized social/emotional, academic, and college/career development goals.
